i am currently in my 1st season with millwall in the championship and are in need of wingers(left or right) and a attacking midfileders that could help me challenge for promotion .

can the players be under the age of 29

You could try for Lasse Vibe from Goteborg in Sweden. Not 100% sure he would join but is usually fairly cheap & a solid option on for any of the spots you've mentioned. Naturally a right winger but can play on the left, in the centre or up front as well.
