Missing Faces on FM13 Resource Archiver

Hi, I have extracted the graphics file using the resource archiver and some of the faces are missing. Is there a way to retrieve them? Thanks.

Also when i click on the config file within a club folder such as Burnley, Notts Forest etc, it comes up with this, and I don't know what to do.
