Missing tactics.

hey guys... new to fm20. Ive read many posts on Google. ... face book. But nothing seems to work. I have tried to download tactics from this site and other pages. I put the files in sports interactive (tactic folder). And once loaded game. Files are no where to be found. Even when found a tactic on steam workshop I've done the subscribe .. then gone to game. When look in downloads(steam) the tactics are there ive clicked them even swore at them. But I for some reason can not get them into the game...
Any help that will work is very much appreciated

1. Download Tactic

2. Put it here like image below

3. Go to Tactics screen

4. Select "Load Tactic"

or

Make sure you are trying to load file from correct folder
