Hey guys,
So here's the situation: I'm Arsenal and it's March 2014. My scout offered me Mitrovic again, even though he's been on my shortlist for quite some time. I realized that I can now sign him for 9.5mil pounds.

Is this a good deal? Will he develop and will the 9.5mil be worth it?
