MK Dons need help.

hi troops im a newbie to all this FM09 stuff. played 2008 on my psp and seem to be doing ok .( what im doing right i dont know)
IM manager of MK Dons , i asked the good lady to pick out several numbers which lead me to managing them.
I started off ok , im 18th in the league 1 and in the final of the JPT trophy, my form is going down hill fast . like i said before im new to all this and really am enjoying it.
I found this site and it has given me a bit of hope to stick it out.
what i need really is any hints/tips /tactics/ miracles anyone can put my way.to help me improve .

Search for the brian clough tactic on this forum mate. helps you alot in the lower leagues. quality tactic.
