I just overtook the New York Red Bulls and when I try to buy someone I can't offer money its all these draft picks. has anyone managed a US team and knows what this is about?

you can offer money but its more of an exchange system than a transfer system, at least within the league itself. check out my guide and i'll answer any questions you have.
