It's a shame the formation, i love 4 defenders, specially because the youngters.

EDIT: After testing, here are some results. Will be back when i got the full season.

It seems that you are portuguese too.

I've lloking to your SS and I suggest you to use Sérgio Oliveira as RDMC (Deep-Lying Playmaker) and Grujic as LDMC (defensive midfielder). If you like to play with Vitinha alonside Sérgio Oliveira, use both as Deep-Lying Playmaker with same roles as Right one. Also, I think that set pieces may be more prolific if you put your deeplying playmaker taking the corners.

Also, if you like full backs, you can train them as Wingers. It was what I did (indeed I suggest you to have at least one of the wingers to be able to play confortably as full back).

Some results are really cool, and other ones are not that good, but it may be also because of rotation.

Como te disse acima, usa o Sérgio do lado direito e o Grujic do lado esquerdo como médio defensivo. Se quiseres usar o Vitinha com o Sérgio, usa ambos com a role de construtor de jogo recuado, tal como já está o da direita.

Tens aí resultados bem interessantes, mas aquelas derrota com o Mainz foi desesperante. Eu no Leça tenho um tweak defensivo para esta tática. Os extremos passam a defesas laterais com a role de "apoiar". Nas ordens individuais coloco "Aguentar posição", "Passe mais direto", "Cruzamento mais frequente", "Cruzamento antecipado" e "rematar menos". Nas ordens da equipa, apenas mexi no "perder tempo" que pus no máximo e subi uma slot o estilo de passe. Altera para essa tática quando apanho equipas bem melhores que a minha (Leça FC) e estiver com resultado favorável a partir dos 80 minutos.
