I come on football manager to get away from moaning. From my girlfriend, friends family etc etc... But as soon as I come on my players start to moan. They feel they have been treated unfairly. They don't like the way I speak to them on matchdays... when I say "dissapointing" when they LOSE to Bolton.

How can I Prevent this..

use the backroom advice, it sometimes advises u to praise them
