Okay I'm just about to start my second season as Gladbach. I finished 4th last season and am about to be in the champions league. I have just under 9 million to spend and I need pretty much an overhaul on my defence. I will probably keep Dante centre back but i need another centre back, right back and left back. I play a 4-1-2-3 formation. Any help?


EDIT: I am also losing Reus because of the patch :( I'm getting fiero is that a good enough replacement?
 
Carlos Fierro? He's unbelievably good. Better than Reus. As for centre-backs, have a look at Kara who can be a very solid centre-back from my experience. Also take a look at Loic Nestor. Very cheap but very effective centre-back. Right back have a look at Romario (though he might be expensive) and Vrsaljko is he's not already bought by someone...also have a look at Nika Kvekveskiri. for left-backs, have a look at Ostrzolek, Jack Robinson, maybe even Danny Wilson (got him on a free for my Celtic side).
 
How did you enjoy it? because im thinking about starting a gladbach game. Vrsaljko is class, I agree get him if yu can

Yeah i know he becomes good i just thought as he is only 17 whether he would be good enough because I've only used him once. I ended up signing a decent regen right-back who i will give maximum game time for him to develop. I'll take a look at the centre and left backs though. Thanks alot :)

EDIT: I think Fierro will do he just scored four on his debut

I decided to start it because i saw alot of people had done a career on here with them so i thought id give it a go and it is really good :) i recommend :) I did look at Vrsaljko at the beginning of the game but he joined Porto instead because they had they gave him a stupidly high contract.

haha yep, him and Niang, as long as you give them decent enough supply from midfield, they will bang in the goals regardless of their age :D

So far fierro has played 12 scored 23 :) he also scored in the champions league 6 times in 4 games helping me beat valencia 5-0 (5-1 on aggregate) and beat Inter 3-1 :) so I think he is ready :)
 
hahaha yeah, that's amazing! he is really a very very good player!
