Hey guys, I've got a project that I'd like to share with you - it's looking promising but I think it could do with some help.

This formation is 'The Shadows' and employs two shadow-strikers behind the complete forward to provide penetration through the middle of the field whilst having numerous runners in and around the opposition's third. The lynch-pins of this formation, however, are the fullbacks - providing wide cover when needed, but bombing forward when the team is in position, creating a near front 6.
Despite this formation's attacking nature, it is relatively defensively solid, as the 3 midfielders rotate to provide cover until the fullbacks are back in position. I've had some good results with this formation, such as the one below (more to come, but apparently I'm limited in the number of urls I can post) but I find that I'm really lacking consistency - I can smash Athletico away, but then be completely dominated by Newcastle the next week.
I've found that one way of dealing with defensive frailties is to drop the defence deeper and get rid of the offside trap, as well as switching to 'Standard' or 'Counter' mentalities, however this seems to have serious impacts on the attacking potency of the formation.
I'm convinced that this formation has potential - when it works, it works brilliantly and plays some beautiful attacking football. Many of the games that I've drawn or lost, I've created a significant amount of clear-cut chances but simply squandered them. So, I'd like to ask the help of any lovely FM-Basers that would be willing to try this formation out, and see what works and needs improving.
If any of you would like to try it out, here's the download link:
Thanks!
