I've played every FM extensively and 15 is no different however I'm finding it so frustrating to hold leads. I cannot believe how many times team have come back from 2-0, 3-1 against me and so on, I know that when I'm 2-0 up and the opposition score that the game will finish with me not winning. I've tried team talks during the game but they make no difference, encourage, concentrate, tighten up etc.
It's getting to the point where I'm close to giving up. I've started in the Conference and now am in the Championship, with three teams I've been at despite different formations the same predicable incidents occur.
Any ideas?
