Just wondering how you guys would feel about re-igniting the old Monthly Challenge idea. For those who cant remember, you are given either a team/custom DB, and you have 1 month to complete a challenge(ie dont be relegated, win cup X etc). Just another way to expand the life of FM10 before we all go and get FM11 in October.:D

Also, if you want to post some challenge uggestions, please feel free:)

The Game Gets Repetitive and dare i say, sometimes boring :o.. but once theres a challenge im up for it :P
 
Yeah me too. It's getting to that time of the year when people start to bore slightly of FM10, so why not liven it up?

Won't be taking part as of now as my FM still isn't with me, but I'll be sure to think of some ideas :)
 
i started the last one then it stopped:( but i would giveit a bash if it was exciting:D
 
someone is already doing monthly challenges i think, but might as well have two because most challenges dont last a month

I think it sort of dropped off, that is why I am looking to revive it :)

how about get portsmouth to win the premiership in 3 seasons on patch 10.3

Definitely a challenge, though they normally finish around 10th in the first season with me.
 
if not how about one of these?

take a club that starts on negative points to automatic promotion in one season?
get a league 1 side of your choice into the prem in 2 seasons?
win french title with psg?
win la liga with valencia in first season?
Manage whoever is bottom at christmas to survival in the prem?
break the top 4 with birmingham?
take a french team to the championsleague title in 3 sesons?
win dutch league with herenveen?
get a swiss team through the group stage of the champions league?
take fulham to europa league glory?
take cfr cluj back to the champions league (if romanian leagues available)?
take liverpool to europa league glory? (so you have to get knocked out of the champions league)
 
Win everything with Everton in second season.

Premier League
FA Cup
League Cup
Champions League*
Community Shield*

Obviously you can only win everything if you win either the Premier League or FA Cup in the first season (or runner-up if you're lucky). Perhaps too hard a challenge?
 
how about you have 2 managers and have to get manchester united and manchester city to finish 1st and 2nd in your first season?

or 2 managers and you have to take both liverpool and everton into the champions league?

That Would Be A Hard + Long - *** Challenge haha
But A Good Idea Nonetheless :)

I Think a challenge With Birmingham would be good on 10.3 Considering they have the money, if someone could think one up ? :):)
 
Its a great idea to bring a challenge in here :) So what challenge should we do?
 
perhaps have 2 every month that way u may get more people coz if someone dont like 1 or completes 1 they can do the other
