Monthly installments - a bug or bad design ?

I've never even used installments before......so it doesn't count against your transfer budget? I mean, aside from having less money in the bank in future years.....

I do that, but not so much.
For example, if I'm gonna buy Dzeko (i.e: 25M) Y pay around 15M and then the rest in 48 months.
As the team is paying, I do my best in competitions, so when you win those "500k for winning against *-*-* in the -*-*-*-* cup" the board could pay with that money...
Don't use it too MUCH! if you do it like your friend (paying the 66M in 48 months) you're gonna be bankrupt xD

This is a bug in my eyes, there should be some sort of cap on it, the board should be able to intervene when it becomes ridiculous (i.e this example).

I've used the 48 month thing all the time, and I was paranoid about going bankrupt at first as every month I made a loss of 8-9M, but I never actually have...
