Morale issue

This was fine until i hit second season with hinckley then something wierd happened....

Second season, won my first ten matches, morale of ALL players dropped to poor, after a game it would rise to okay/good, start next match 3 days later morale is at poor and my team get obliterated I was baffled.

I saved and made a new game with man city to test, and to my amazement, 10 games on (all won by the way) morale was at poor would rise after win and be poor at next match again.

Tested another new game with madrid, and again same thing happened...

I checked my team talk feedback and 90% of my players reacted positively to it....but morale still doesnt stay it drops for no reason...

I am baffled as to why.

When I found my team was struggling with Morale, I always take the route of getting a new assistant manager (improving on motivation) and good man management. To be honest, no idea if it works....but worth a go.

I arrange a friendly with a tiny side that my team should beat easily, the win always helps

To be honest, I have never came across the issue if my team is doing well, only if im struggling but im stumped by that

winning games isnt the problem....i win 95% of my games with the 4 teams I have managed, it isnt from one save either I have restarted 4 times so it cant be a buggy save file.
