More Champions League places for countries

Hi, was wondering if it is possible to allocate more champions league places for a county. I want to allocate more champions league places for the welsh league as i've added Cardiff, Swansea etc to the welsh leagues. Any help would be appreciated, i've tried changing the teams around in the editor. E.g. replaced a russian team with Cardiff but it doesnt make any difference.

You have to work at the UEFA coefficient for each nation. These determine how many European places are allocated for each country.

problem is that nation coefficient will drop for wales in 5-6 years and you will have same problem. solution is to create new club continental rules and add places for each nation as you wish
