More patch help please

OK I was able to download the patch and install it. After I install the patch and start the game it now wants me to insert the "game CD". I downloaded the game online from Sega and do not have a CD. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

I'm having problems too - I've installed the patch and now all I get is a blank screen after the Kick OUt Racism page, with a message saying the font resource Vera is missing - has anyone else had this?
