More Staff / Less Staff !!

Hi, I am managuing brighton at the moment.
Last season i was allowed 6 coaches, this season only 4!!! My GK coach left because I let his contract expire so I could get someone new with a better rating but now I can't employ one!!

Is there any way round this? I hjave looked in teh board room options but no demand option for more staff.
How can I get this sorted. I barely have enough coaches to cover all the training!!

One time I lost some staff positions, but since their contracts wern't expired, they stayed on. It was like a big middle finger to the board.

yeh thats happened to me, but when tyhey go it is not so good!
I'll start winning games when teh tight ***** give me more staff and more money!
