Hi wots your most embarrasing defeats in FM2011 eg premier league losing against league one,two team in cup OR your biggest Scalp Little team against Premier league or Championship Team and wots your tips for trying to manage a scalp as I like begining Port Vale

lost 3-1 from man city ( im united) just a minute ago -.-

Everytime you got like 20 shots opportunities and the other team just one but still you lose 0-1 :'(

that's really hurt
would've been more hurting when you're a big team and defeated that way on a single-legged cup by a lower division team

Against Hartlepool 6-1, plus I had a major feud with their manager.

My most embarrassing defeat would have to have been in the Carling cup in my FM10 Liverpool save.

It was the 3rd round and i was playinh hosts to Notts County. I fielded a youth team but put Gerrard, Carrager and Ngog in the starting XI for a bit of experience. Ended up loosing 0-1 to a 70th minute Carrager own goal. I was gutted seeing as i out played them everywhere, but just couldn't find that elusive goal to put my side ahead.

well.. my second placed Sampdoria losing 5-0 at home to an already relegated Bologna in the penultimate game of the season would probably rank as an embarrassing defeat considering Juventus winning their game gave them the title (they'd have won it anyway by 2 points but maybe... just maybe ;) )

Apart from the occasional cup defeats against lower league teams, by far the most embarrassing defeat was a 3-0 pre-season match AGAINST MY OWN RESERVE TEAM!!!!

Ouch! Hopefully the rest of your season had better results.

My Man Utd defeat 2 - 1 against newcastle thus, the end of my winning streak.. *sob* its to hard to get 13 winning streak

Ok not really a loss, but it sure feels like i got ROBBED at gunpoint.

Newcastle (me) losing to newly promoted Coventry 2-0. I am in year 4 and just won the league so that was kind of bad. Actually its weird this year cause 2 of my 3 losses have been to the teams that will get relegated. Its fine since I am in first and in the transfer window actually just bought two young defenders so I should be holding onto the EPL for a long while.

EDIT: Although last year's game my biggest defeat was 24-0 (or was it 26-0) when I was Wroughton in one of the lower leagues playing a Champs team in the FA cup i believe. That was bad.

Lost 3-0 to Wigan, they scored all three goals in the first 8 minutes. I was Newcastle at home. :S

back in fm10 when I managed man city who were, at this point won the premier league about 11 times, won the champions league, FA cup, and unbeated in around 10 or 11, and my bogey team is wolves who at this point are relegation fodder almost every season they would play well against me. And they manages to smash me 3-1.

I was rangers in the champions lg qtr finals and I beat Ajax 4-0 at home so i thought i'd rest some players onthe next leg as i had celtic 3days after and i ended up gettin beat beat 5-0 away oO) was so gutted :(.

Got smashed away to Shaktar in the champs league 4-0 in the space of 10mins.. its not the team thats embarrasing its the way we lost. conceding 4 goals in the first 10 mins is horrible!!

Shakthar are one dangerous attacking force going forward in FM11 this year, hate playing them...
