Most embarrasing defeats

Just lost 1-0 to West Brom. Had 68% possession and 18 shots in total to their 2 shots... -.-
Still 16 points clear though. :-)
 
I became manager of just relegated Northampton and in my first game I had Bury at home. I was 5-0 up at half time, ended up losing 6-5. I resigned after the match!
 
I was Chelsea; 4-0 down (3-0 @ half-time) to Arsenal at home. Then with 15 minutes to go, brought it back to 4-3, but they scored to seal it.

... I ripped my team a new ******* after that match.
 
fa cup semi final, im man city in the first season. played a strong team with some upcoming talent too, they were in relegation zone in the division below, i hate complacency!

nah, that's really hurt...

on one of my game, I was 4-0 up, and then they score
4-1 -> they still can't run it
4-2 -> oh, come on that's just two
4-3 -> alright, now it becomes more serious
4-4 -> WHAT???
5-4 -> yeah, it'll put the game beyond doubt

seconds before the ref blow his whistle, they score a 30 yard goal!
[can't stand the pain, I quit the game]

I (man utd) also almost lost 2-0 to leed utd but get lucky berbetov make a magic in last min and able to draw 2-2. How to overcome that complacency because its start to kill me.. I beat barcelona like nothing around 4-0 and 5-0 but lost to newcastle like 6 - 0.. So emberassed
 
love reading these storys shame people dont upload highlights of them would be good watch
 
Was man utd - lost 2-1 away to championship Wigan
they dominated the game:(

Back in my first save... It was glarious, Considering I was level at 2-2 18' Minutes in :L
 
Literally my last game, just now was Crewe 3-8 Gillingham.

Getting beat 5-0 at home by Portsmouth with my suffering sunderland side on a friends online game what made it even worse is i hadnt won in 5 games :( bad times
 
Norwich 6 - 2 Rotherham (League Cup First Round)

Awful considering we were 2-0 up :(
 
not my worst but just happened, playing with boro 8 games in to the 1st season.
watford have lost all 8 games and scored 1 goal (conceded 17) in the process.
so i travel to watford they go 3-0 up i mange to get back to 3-2 with quick goals, they end up winning 4-3 (scoring all 4 of their shots on goal)
embrassing losing to a team with a record like that
 
I spent a week arguing with avram grant saying we (tottenham) were going to destroy him as we had just won the league and were top. West ham beat me 4-1 and he says after the match that i'm out of my depth.
Even gave him an abusive nickname and had the last laugh as he is now unemployed
