Most english team in the BSN/BSS?

I'm planning on starting a save with a BSS/BSN team, using only english players, using the youth team as much as possible. Which clubs have the least foreigners. or best youth facilities? Thanks.

Why not load up a new save and look at the clubs ( where you pick a club). The only way we can give you the correct answer is to actually do it for you.
