Most frustrating thing in FM 11

So i am trying to make my improve my youngsters with a little bit of tutoring and the little buggers keep saying no to the people i put them with. I mean i get sometimes its not the right player but I think they are just being stupid sometimes by saying no. Like a goalkeeper, why would you not want extra help to progress???

I think you have to match their personalities so they are compatible.
