It's called a cheat because it exploits a flaw in the match engine.

Oh right, well surely they should have fixed it in the updates and things.

Do you have the 2010 demo? have they changed things?

Set your corners to be played into the '6 yard box' and have both of your central defenders 'challenge the keeper'.

I've never tried it, does it actually work?

I'm not sure why it wasn,t fixed and i don't have the demo so don't know if it has been taken out but i assume so.

Well using a player thats high in jumping, heading and strength in a place where he is most likely to score when the ball is played into that area is it really cheating?

If in real life you could get Drogba or terry to score off more corners would you not want them to do it?

The AI doesn't know how to counter it, so yes it is exploiting a gap in the game.
In real life you wouldn't get defenders just standing there doing nothing. They have something you might know called a brain.

it works. ridiculously well. to the point where easily your cb could be your top scorer.

Yeah, it almost guarentee's 20+ goals from each centre back (or whoever you assign to the role). After a while i stopped using it because it became to unrealistic.

anyone with good heading and strength.
used it with a striker for valencia. scored 5 in a game once 4 from corners.

Vadim Demidov is currently my topscorer, and he's my centre back. 5 games into 3rd season, 5 goals. Then i've got a regen right back doing the freekicks with 3 goals. Then a winger with 3 goals as well. My strikers are still having a goal drought, going on 600 minutes now.

it never works for me, i have Mertesacker and Pasanen, Cardozo all challenging keeper and on other saves too.
got Pepe corners on 19 taking my set pieces too!
