Most improved players on FM12

hey guys, this is a question for you who have FM12 demo: which players do you think that improved most in new game?
I suppose that the most improved should be: Goetze, Groskreutz, Leonardo Daimao, Chris Smalling, Falcao etc.
What are your thoughts?

FM should stop underestimating the spanish talents, most of barcelona youngsters have **** stats and potential and then they prove the opposite in real life and they fix their stats. I still have no idea why every youngster of barcelona at the start of the game has 10 determination.

You needn't worry about determination on youngsters as it can be easily increased by tutoring, at least on FM 11.
