Most obscure nation you've managed in?

Singapore is not bad, but Malaysia...their players are terrible with terrible stats
 
Iceland and Nigeria, played a season of both. Also have managed Broadmeadow Magic from Australia. Yes, Broadmeadow Magic. A team in the 5th division of Australia.

I've managed in Norway and the Czech Republic before, wasn't too bad in either of those though.
 
Kazakhstan, the greatest country in the world, all the other countries, are run by little girls :D
 
I played as Indonesian manager once. They were really obscure at the start, but their regens led us to the WC Second Round and the AFC Asian Cup Final.
 
Tajikstan, Turkmenistan (won the WC with them on FM09, bout 30 seasons in)
 
Andorra won everything, and also lost 8-0 against Fiorentina in CL qualifiers.

also managed in Panama, which was incredibly boring...:S
 
Estonia and the lower leagues in Brazil, good players but quite poor teams.
