motivation?

i looked at my assistants analysis before a game nd it said that etoo and puyol were finding it hard to motivate themselves to play for me
what should i do sell both of them or try nd motivate them nd if so how do i do this as i am unbeaten on 29 games in la liga so it cant be winning n they get played often

Its due to your managerial reputation being low because you have just started the game. It will take a while till you get world class status then it wont be a problem, but in the mean time if you offer them new contracts it may help to keep their motivation higher.
