Motivation

I noticed when playing just that my assistant Steve Davies said that most of the players are strugaling to get motavated working with me or something like that!

How do i change this some of the players have me down as a personal fav but rest of them dont seem to...

Any ideas ??

Usually this happens with your reputation level... If your reputation is national, then players from big clubs will have problems motivating to play for you...

Yep, whay JrKiller88 said, and I'll add if you have "problem" with some of your players, he will find it hard to find motivation, cuz he don't respect you as manager. But don't worry too much, if he is professional, he'll finish the job right

Cheers fot the replies... I have an isssue with a Player at the moment give him his chance and he flopped so i let him go Luton on loan i think this has not helped matters...
