Mouse roller issue

I was having a slight technical difficulty with my mouse scroller and wondered if anybody could help. It occurs when I try and scroll up to take my price to the next lowest on the list, however instead of this it take it up to £150m and I have to scroll all the way back through from £150m to say £500k. I know I could click but prefer to scroll as it is faster. Can anybody shed some light?

Its possibly a driver problem. make sure all drivers are up to date.
If not your mouse may be buggered
