The Ringing Bell?
If it's right then i watched this a few years ago, sad i know.
But although it's an animated film it's a pretty dramatic and dark movie, with a unhappy ending. If it's the same film that i'm thinking about...
Correct. Yup that's the one, very dark film considering how super cute young Chirin is. Only 40-ish minutes long as well so I'd recommend everyone check it out sometime.
