moving fm11 to new computer

Basically i am attempting to transfer my game, save and skins ect on a memory stick.
i am wondering am going to be able to it?

'My Documents' , 'Sports Interactive' , 'FM 11' , and then copy your games folder onto your memory stick to save those and then any other folder you want saving. Then when u install FM on your new computer simply put the folders in the same place where you just got them from

If I don't have a memory key can the folders be uploaded to a file sharing site then downloaded onto the new computer. Would that also work??
