Unless you can find one online, use Photoshop. Don't really know the ins and outs of it though.

Think you need to crack down on this, a lot of people are doing it recently, same with avatars.

Requires the animation tab on photoshop and duplicating all the layers onto a new layer that is your actually signature, then doing the animation again on the new layer, usually around 100 layers to do though.

The forum rules will need to be updated, if this is the case. They dont mention anything about it, unless I am looking at the wrong rules?

Signature Rules
1. 1 image per user (user/status bars not included)
2. Signature size no larger than 500 x 150 pixels.
3. Excessive quotes and/or text will be removed.
4. No music!
