After considerable success using Mr Hough's wonderful wingers tactic I have made a wizard conversion for FM2010.
All I've done is copy the settings in Mr Hough's original to replicate it and so far my successful results have continued.
As for player roles I've set most positions as fairly generic - i.e. Central Defender - Defend, and Advanced Forward - Attack etc as I didn't want to stray from the original tactic and mess it up!
Obviously feel free to amend the tactic in ways to suit your own teams and give feedback so that we all may learn from any edits you make.
