This tactic is pretty good, defensively solid and a good spread of goals across the team.

The only criticism I have is that my striker doesn't score alot but I am seeing A LOT of teams putting 10 men behind the ball

Using this in conjunction with my old favourite the 4141 version and its working a charm.

Glad to hear that! One of the reasons for this tactic was actually to give people who enjoy that (Reg-DoubleMez) combination some more tactical options!
