Multiple coaches in all training areas

Lets assume I have 1 coach for each training area, (4,5 stars); Would it make sense, apart from the coaches' workload, to add more coaches to all areas with high mental attributes like f.e. man management, working with youngsters and level of discipline?

Obviously it does not affect the star rating of the training, but I'm wondering if these attributes work additive to the (hidden) training quality.

The lighter the workload the more effective the training will be so regardless of any other factor if you have the option to reduce the workload you should. As for the other attributes level of discipline is factored into the calculation of overall effectiveness so it's always a good stat to have but man management isn't really necessary except for assistant managers/U21 managers.
Staff members assigned as coaches are also available for the youth team training so higher working with youngster stats are always preferable.
Determination, level of discipline and motivating are the best general stats to focus on for coaches.
