I can buy Shokdran Mustafi for 10.25 mil. BUUUUT I have Per Mertesacker, Koscielny, Schar, AND Balanta. So would Mustafi be worth buying?

Maybe they are, but they will play "only" 2-3 years at high level and then what? That's a reason why he should buy Mustafi
