My assistant won Manager of the Month?

OK so I got a bit bored with playing every single game so decided to holiday them in one of my saves (not my LLM) to make the game quicker.

We used my tactics and my team selection and won 4 out of 6 games in that month. I then get the usual message stating who won manager of the month and my assistant came third.

Has anyone else had this happen? Also I guess this means the games that you holiday don't count as games in charge of your club or do they?

I don't really care whether I win it or not, I guess it just surprised me that they gave it to an *** man instead of a proper manager. In a way it does make sense though seeing as he has been managing the team during the games.
