my background picture ?????

can anybody help me how to change my background picture i have downloaded the 20 nice stadiums pack and it wont work for me any help would be great thanks!!!

Extract them to...

C:\Users\[Your Account Name]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\graphics\backgrounds

Then on Preferences > Display & Sound just tick the box that says Display Background Pictures.
