This Tactic is unlike some Barce style tactics got a shape very similar to barcelona's true shape, instead of a 4-3-3 or a 4-1-2-2-1 its very similar to a 4-1-1-3-1 as shown here:

As you can see i dont play with an out and out striker but rather with two inside forwards and a trequartista this allows alot of space for a deadly attack.
Some people maybe thinking that given the unusualness of the shape that i may struggle to keep a clean sheet or sometimes struggle to score given the lack of say a poacher however as the end of season league table shows i did both things with great efficiency:

As you can see 120 goals scored and only 17 goals conceded in the Premier League is an excellent return.
The tactic also did very well in the Champions League helping my team win it with relative ease:

As you can see I won the Champions League only conceding 3 goals and scoring and impressive 48 goals.
Now on to the stats needed for each position:
Goalkeeper: One on Ones, Relexes, Rushing out. Think Marc-Andre ter Stegen ect
Full Backs: Pace, Passing, Crossing (if necessary), Stamina, Tackling. Thinks Dani Alves
Centre Backs: Tackling, Heading, Marking, Passing, Pace. Think Phil Jones, Thiago Silva ect
Anchor Man: Tackling, Passing, Positioning, Anticipation, Heading, Think Bender, M'vila ect
Deep Lying Playmaker: Passing, Stamina, Composure, Off the ball, Technique. Think Xavi, Fabregas ect
Right Side Inside Forward: Pace, Finishing, Crossing, Passing, Dribbling. Think Sanchez, Nangis, Gervinho, Young ect
Trequartista: Passing, Stamina, Finshing, Technique, Pace, off the ball, Think Messi, Gerrard, Silva (the top class player in a team)
Advanced Playmaker: This position seems a little strange all kind of players play well here from strikers to playmakers. The important stats however are Passing and Finishing
Inside Forward Left: This player could do with being right footed however a left footed player can still do the job. Stats needed are Pace, Finshing, Crossing, Off the ball, Heading, Technique. Think Villa, Suarez, Higuain, Aguero ect
Here are some of my stand out games and a goal which involves 29 consecutive pass which from my personal experience is a record:

The Tactic: Untouchable.tac
Disclaimer: I must stress this tactic might not work for every team as i've only tested it with my villa team however if you have a few decent passers thers no reason why it wouldnt. Also give this time to gel with your team for it to take its full affect.
On a final note I as always love to know if anybody is using this tactic and their experiences with it, and if they have any tweaks or any input into making this tactic as good as it could possible be.
Enjoy
