Hi calamity, thanks for bringing me back to FM world. I haven't played FM since 2012. Just started my first FM2014 career in Athletic Bilbao. So far so good, just behind the big two after Christmas. I have three questions,
1. I want my right wingback ,Iraola, get forward more, so if I changed it to Attack duty, should I switch the CMs duty to maintain balance of the system? That means Attack for left CM, Support for right CM?
2. Do you think finishing is key for the CM? Because Herrera and Benat do not perform good like yours, average rate around 7.2
3. There are a lot crossing, so heading and jumping is key for the false 9? Muniain is not very consistent in this role because he is short?

Took Tranmere straight up winning division one with a record 104 points and conceded only 30 odd goals, got to jpt final before losing unluckily.. I'll keep posting after my assault on the championship. Quality Tactic cheers

I'm playing TSV Monachium and I have enormous problems in the match with big teams like Bayern and Borussia. You change something in the settings tactical games like this?

callamity, when i read the "how to play fm" article, it says there if we use very fluid, we should only use 0-1 specialist role. But in your tac, u use 2 (anchor man & false9).. could u pls clarify ?

The guide says to consider each role as 0.5 so 2 specialist roles for this tactic would be correct.

I have no taken Braintree Town from Skill League, all the way to the Premier League, with this tactic! This is ******* AWSOME !

want to try this tactic out but it gets me down having one wing back on support and the other on attack, id rather have both on one or the other, which one do you recommend?

Still going strong mate!!! Again, a picture speaks more than words.

Apart from AI ****** screwed up fixtures, I think I'm fine with everything. Thanks OP!

My all conquering FC Internazionale squad:

I'm on a mini journeyman of my own, in case anyone askin' and I've been using the same tactic for all 3 teams.

Has anyone tried to change role of left wing back from attack to support? My team loses goals mostly from corner kicks (ME bug) and crosses from the right side of the field.

I've taken Colwyn Bay from skrill north to championship in consecutive seasons.
I changed CDs to 'pass short' as they were just humping the ball up field in the lower leagues and losing possession.

I downloaded this tactic about a week ago as I was in need of help. I was just starting my 4th season as Tranmere Rovers and after 2 successful seasons (promotion from League 1 via playoffs & won the championship in my second season) I had a diabolical season in the premier league in my 3rd year. Relegated as the bottom club 20 points and only 3 wins, over 100 goals conceded (I did somehow manage to beat Man City away and win & draw against Liverpool somehow) but nothing worked.

I am now sitting top of the championship after using this tactic. Only two defeats (one was after player got sent off in the first half) best goals for and goals against in the league and in the quarters of the capital one cup. This is an awesome tactic and certainly the best defensive one I've used either from people on here or ones I've created myself. Excellent work!

Is anyone else having issues about 2 and a half seasons in?

This tactic has taken my Berwick to two successive promotions up to the Scottish Championship but mid way through my third season the performances have dropped off and the team are struggling in EVERY game.
