Hey,
I haven't been playing much but I dropped opposition instructions, changed to attacking movement as match preperation and also added the holds position shout to the false 9 for me this worked much better, it might not work for every team though.

hmmm.. did you score more goals? But did you conceed more goals also?

Why would u make a false 9 to hold his position? That doesnt make any sense.. not in real life atleast ;)

Strikers not scoring

Love this tactic but getting really hacked off with strikers not scoring...I've tried T(A) and F9(S) but the best I get is 1 in 3 (goals/games)..anything work well?

I am in my third season and have used the original for a season and a half but then tweaked it a little and changed formation to 433/451. Played a little with the TI's and also added Jassars superb set piece instructions. Have used this for the past season and half and, among other things, have won the champions league and had probably my best ever premier league campaign in any FM. Hats off to the creator for the original.

Can you upload your tweaked tactic Roberto ?

Sure, here you go pal. If you have a more attacking or stronger LWB then simply swap the support and attack duties but make sure to swap the CM duties too to get balance. An IF role can work in the AMR/L positions too and I have played quite a few games with Bojan as IF and he did very well but overall it works better with Wingers. Make sure you train as many players as possible to have 'plays one-twos' PI and it helps if your wingers have 'cut inside' PI so they will run the line and cross but also cut in and attack goal. Tom Ince and Ross Barkley have been revelations in these positions.

Excellent mate, well done and you may have provided the progression this tactic has been waiting for. Thank you.

Will download and try your tweaked one with RB Leipzig third season in 2. Bundesliga :) Do you use the same training as in the OP? And, what to look for til the CF? Little, quick and agile or big, tall and strong?

ciao

Great tweak.
Could you explain the balance between the roles?
Can i play the 2 Wb in support duty?

Training i stick with Team cohesion on average all season. The only one i have seen to make a difference. Morale is essential in this version. Match prep I generally use def positioning before away or tough games and attacking movement before home games.

At home i was unbeaten for two seasons. Away this struggle a little like seemingly most tactics but still overall i lost very few away.

CF has to have good off the ball and be quick. The striker has been an issue with this tactic. I have had success with Iago Aspas and Bojan and currently have Mitrovic to try next season. Bojan has been the only consistent one though. 'Moves into Channels' PI helps i think.

I haven't really tried it but give it a go, don't see why not. Due to the very fluid setting the overall mentality is more important than duty anyway.
I think the beauty of Callamitys tactic is that its not over complicated. Sensible TI's and then a few PI's, leaving the emphasis on PPM's and developing the players.

With the two CM's you can also try having both on support and then adding instructions to one to 'get further forward'

This has worked ridiculously well for me, started up a Northampton save with it - stormed League 2, bring it on League 1!
