Not listened to the music, but I guess he has a MySpace/Facebook page? these are ideal for publicity.
 
I persume your bro's music has been on Channel U/AKA ? That would be a major step to get reconised, and is what N-Dubz did.
The grime scene is particulary hard to make a career out of though, it requires luck and knowing the right people, and most of what i've seen over the years alot of it sounds the same.
Whereas with N-Dubz, i think the reason he made it big was thanks to his sister. His music was different to all the rest which got him reconised.

Anyway, good luck to your bro.
 
The first one is very N-Dubz-y but for some reason the 2nd one reminds me of Dizee Rascal lol. Yeah he's good though, hope he does well for himself :)
 
Really can't stomach this kind of 'music' but good luck to him.

He's slowly been growning out of grime tbh, now moving to branch onto alot of things.

Errr, I'll find out soon. I use a you-tube catcher which converts the cideos to mp3s. I'll hit you back soon.
