My Chelsea Team - Reccomendations??

Im new to all this, maybe a few of you could help me out. Tactics/ buy - sell / how to apply each player in each tactic etc ??
my team is:

GK- CECH, TURNBULL
DEFENDERS- TERRY, ALEX, IVANOVIC, ZAPATA, A.COLE , BOSINGWA, FERREIRA
DEFENSIVE MIDS- ESSIEN, OBI MIKEL, MOUTINHO, RODWELL
WINGERS- JUAN MANUEL MATA, ZHIRKOV, MALOUDA, J.COLE, L.SUAREZ, KALOU
ATT MIDS- BALLACK, LAMPARD, AGUERO
STRIKERS- DROGBA, CARDOZO, DZEKO

why do you have 3 world class target men in your team?

you dont really need malouda, kalou or ferreira. try and get hold of bale maybe as an up and coming left back.....but otherwise its a good side

theres a good 4-3-3 tactic for download in the tactics tab...

liverpool one i think...

used it a few times for my chelsea squad using drogba, dzeko and aguero upfront.

won the league 13 points clear. Try and use a mixture of youth and experience.

eg./ playing rodwell and mikel alternatively whilst keeping lampard essien and ballack on rotation aswell.

mikel and rodwell progressed very well for my chelsea team, i played 4-2-2-2 on my 4th season and their stats at dm are epic, so try and get them some game time
