My Custom Tournament won't start!

I'm hoping I can get some help here please!I've created a whole new league/cup structure in Spain with 10 divisions of 8 teams. My leagues and cup work and start fine. However I've created another cup competition I'm trying to make run from February till may each year. Where the top two teams from each division will enter. I've verified the rules for the completion and it says everything is fine, but when in the game, the competition never schedules and remains empty. What could be the reason for this? I would appreciate any help as I've been stuck on this issue for a while nowAlso if I make the champions league extinct will that affect anything?

The CL is most likely hardcoded so no it wont change anything. As for the cup you have prob missing something, does the comp name still appear when you search for it in game?

Yeah it still appears, it just says 'the competition hasnt been scheduled yet'
I've tried adding a schedule date in the editor, and it still didn't start
