My First Time Downloading From sortitoutsi.net

I'm currently downloading 12 parts of clubs logos in sortitoutsi.net. it's my first time. and, what's confusing me is that there are many double files. there are 2 part 4, 2 part 8, and so on.

could someone explain it to me?

it seems that I have to download them twice. check it by yourself, if you don't mind.
