My FM14 has been deleted from Steam?

I came home today to find that I now have to re-install FM14 on my Steam. It's as if I never played it other than I have kept the achievements. I am assuming this is something to do with the update but having to download/install the game again with my (currently) horrendous internet speeds is a real pain.
I'll be able to recover the saves but even still what a nightmare.
Anyone else had this?

Happened to me too. Luckily it doesn't seem to of deleted anything, but it took me over an hour to re-download it. Fingers crossed it doesn't do it every time there is an update!
