My game keeps closing down unexpectedly

Having serious trouble with my game
It loads fine and plays fine until I click on a players name and then the game closes down, it doesn't say why or show any errors
Any idea of how I can get this sorted?

Why dont you try one thing.
GO to prefrence
display and sound
make graphics quality low, windowed display.
it worked for me.
Hope it helps
and try to install patch 11.2.1

The patch should solve this problem. Ever since i've installed it, I've virtually no crashes. Of course, now I've said that, I fully expect a crash to happen. Should learn to never tempt fate............ lol
