My game keeps crashing!

For some reason my game keeps crashing when I get to a certain point, just played Stoke in the FA Cup and when i press the space bar to continue it says the following:

Anyone have a idea how to resolve this problem? is it something to do with the my save, will I have to start again?

Fixed it, deleted and reinstalled Football Manager & deleted all the crash dumps in the crash dump folder!

I did have something constructive to say, I said what's the point in pretty much cheating too second place in the league, it takes the fun out the game.
