Too bad the bilbao tactic didnt work for you.
I am actually yet to try this tactic on my personal game.
Currently enjoying my time with Raikan-HBQ-Jimmy combo..
Winning almost everything with Tottenham-Napoli-Atletico combo..
yeah, thats how I play the game.. Career mode never works for me.. :P
btw, if you have come accross a new good tactic, lemme know okay?

i changed to BIlbao tac on my newcastle save as it seems my tweaked version of Brendan Rogers started to leak to many goals. What i find is that i have a hard time every match to feel the "flow". with my tweaked rogers i was always shuffling up chances and i now have used this for about 20 matches and my striker Cisse/Ba who before were on even match/goals and rating around 8, now dropepd dow to around rating of 7 and goals is random as i win a lot 1-0 or play 0-0 or 1-1 etc. the ocasionall hat trick happends, but is rare. I play C.Ronaldo to the left, Ben Arfa to the right and Cisse/Ba as Striker. My midtfield is Poli - Cabaye with Lars Bender/ C.Tiote sitting behind them. i also have tried using Will Hughes as the AP, but find him better as sub for Arfa to the right, using Gareth Bale as AML if Ronaldo needs a rest. My team is Very Strong, i ahve Wilshire coming in next window going to use him as AP in CM, and then might try to get Falcao as Striker unless you got better suggestions.

well mate, sorry to hear that you dont have the same experience..
in my project, its very hard to beat..
I'm afraid you have to consult the creator, gszklo, for suggestions..
but if you are asking for another tactic, try Raikan's wingers or Lordofavp's that I'm testing right now..

Can't understand why I cant make awesome 4-3-3 - SkeetSkeet formation to work, I have a very good blackpool side and conceding around 3-4 goals per game??

Sorry to hear that....just wondering to make this tactic work you will require a speedy striker to score goals....and try changing the inside forwards from Attack to Support or vice versa.
 
I have Ademilson and Carlos Fierro in my team, so thats not the problem, I score goals but conceding way to many from crosses and through balls.

How is your match preparation?

And is it right that the inside forwards shouldn't cut inside?
 
Ive got the Inside forwards as normal on wide play. All of the match preparation is dealt by the assistant manager. Check if the target man option is ticket and that the target man supply is on to feet. Also ensure the playmaker option is unchecked. Also put the defensive line back by a tiny bit.

If you still have problems please let me know. Best option is to comment on my thread as I go on their more often than this thread.
 
OK thanks, but all you suggest is already tried.

Finds it very weird because whatever tactic i try i concede alot of goals even though my players have good attributes.

but i must keep trying to tweak it.
 
Try changing the width to narrow and tempo to slow...it may make a difference....

Hope they will get the same experience as me..

just to share with you, I plugged your tactic to Atl.Madrid in my personal game save (2015)..
in 41 games so far, lost 4 games, and they were ALL against Valencia (2 league and 2 cup games)..
I beat Madrid, Barca, Man Utd, and Bayern.. but always lose against Valencia.. Weird!
