ive been playing around with the save you uploaded. in my opinion you should add friendlies and season prep - vacation until the league starts. That way the tactic will be at least on competent when the league play starts
i think that every team having the same players is important to evaluate the diferences between the tactics. what you can do is not have so many world class players, because these tend to be very inventive and think out of the box, so they might not perform equally well for every team. maybe you could try using average players instead, this, along with healmuth's suggestion would probably improve the "fairness" of the tests and make the results be more realistic, with less 5-3's or 4-4's.

hey mate, when u starting next round? i've updated my tactic for the new patch after much testing and tweaking and i'd love it if you could squeeze it into the next round! will post it tonight or tomorrow.

Yes there are friendlies but they start too late. The tactic is not ingrained even when you select Training Very High - Team Cohesion and Match Prep Tactics only. They get to about 60-65% before the first league game. Hence, I think what should be changed is:
- Start the league end of August instead of early August (first game right now is on the 11th).
- Change the quality of the players a bit. I think its good to have some star players, but perhaps not 11 of them. It should still resemble a strong team IMO
- Have the assistant take the team-pep talks, attend the PR conferences etc.
- Have the assistant Pick each squad before the match, since IMO that would rather relate to how in a real game you put your squad together (somewhat based on performance and average rating)
- Make sure each team has the same level of coaches and physios
- Edit all teams to start with Very High Moral

all of tbh tactics are in classic mode mate all off his tactics i use are like the old school ones with no names of positions like anchor man box to box poachr etc etc, dont know where u got that from?
