my keepers being subbed automatically every couple of games

i am in season 2017 with arsenal, game installed via steam, the latest update was applied well after i had started this game though, i have keepers Hart & De Gea (one in the 1st team the other always on the bench and rotate them accordingly), a few games ago i noticed my keepers were being subbed automatically, even though they were not injured or sent off ect, anyone else got this problem?

Never heard of this issue - ever.

Seems very odd. Also, sounds like your game may now be capoot and you're gonna have to get rid and re-install. But don't do it just yet as someone else may have had these issues too.
