Hey Hancuryahudi ^^)
I've been using the v4 of your tactic and its performing very nicely!
I play with Manchester City, and started using the tactic during the middle of the first season. I won the League (1 point ahead of Arsenal
) and the UEFA Cup (2-0 against AC Milan!) thanks to it. Im in mid-second season now.
This was my transfer window before the first season started (board gave me 140M€):
I was using Vela and Balotelli during the first half of the season, and noticed the Strikers wont score that much with this tactic unless they are world class. In January I bought Cardozo, and he didnt score much either even with his five star attributes. "Probably a tactic that will work better with the fast, world class technical striker rather than the strong, pure striker (like Cardozo) or the reasonable-young promise forward (like Balotelli and Vela)", I thought. And then I bought Aguero before the second season; hes probably the best technical-forward in the game. And there it goes, nearly one goal per match at least in the second season.
Before that, I also want to point out that I won the League in the first season thanks to the corners. Fazio and Chiellini are not only top central defenders in the game but they also scored nearly more goals than the forwards in that first season. Each corner, there was like a 50% chance they would score!
You probably know they are both great and probably two of the best in the game, but I leave here a screenie of Chiellini to show how hes looking like in the middle of the second season, hes my vice-captain now as well:
Another main rock of my team in the second season is Buonanotte. No one has pointed him out in this thread yet, but hes one of the best young wingers at least in my game. In the first season he wasnt a regular, but now he is always playing! Gotta love the little guy (161cm, hes really small in the pitch
), I asked him to "run with ball down left" and thats what he does!
So now in the second season, these were my transfers. Board gave me 150M€ and I finished selling what was left of the original team. :'(
I tried and made a crazy bid on Messi, surprised I was when they accepted. It said he wouldnt come unless it was a huge offer. Huge offer I did!
Also got the amazing Aguero as I said before, and Real Madrid offered me an unhappy Van der Vaart for a cheap 12M€. An excelent reinforcement for my midfield I thought. My assistant kept telling me the Goalkeeper was the weak link of the team so I satisfied him by spending the remaining money with Akinfeev. I happily gave 35M for the best left defender of the game too. At least the one who fits my game better:
So this is what my main eleven looks like:
And this is how it is performing so far in the second season:
Also finished first in the Champions group (though it was a quite easy one), and thanks to my amazing new signings, won the European Super Cup with a stunning 5-3 against Chelsea. Chelsea is the second best team in the Premier League, Ive never seen an AI team getting so many quality signings like Chelsea did. They bought Vagner Love, Zhirkov, Quaresma, Palombo and Srna! :O
So my next objective is to get the best team possible for this tactic. (H)
The best defense possible I already have. I cant find a central defender that fits better than Fazio and Chiellini; Vargas is impossible to beat. Richards is too defensive for a winger, still, he "runs forward whenever possible", and often helps the team in the ATTACK with his amazing heading and stealing the ball from the other team DEFENDERS with his tackling. My right attack differs from the left one thanks to the differences between Richards and Vargas, still both styles work great and that gives personality to the team. Kinda.
For the best midfield. Messi, Fernández and Veloso are there to stay. Messi you know why. Veloso is one of the best players in the game to fill that position in this tactic. Hes not only a great more-defensive midfielder (I trained him so "Midfield" is natural for him like DM), but also has amazing technical stats to help the team when attacking. I wasnt able to find a better attacking midfielder than Fernández so far, either. Attributes-wise he beats Sneijder, age-wise he beats Lampard. And most others.
Only Buonanotte remains. His attributes are great. Still, I have my eyes on the best left attacker of my Football Manager in my opinion. Which is David Silva.
The strikers. Aguero is perfect, Robinho isnt scoring at all. My ultimate plan is to get Cristiano Ronaldo and train him to play as Striker. He has attributes that fit a striker more than a winger, and he seems the perfect partner for Aguero.
So this is my plan for the third season:
GK: Akinfeev
DL: Vargas
DR: Micah Richards (Captain)
DC: Federico Fazio
DC: Chiellini (Vice Captain)
MCd: Miguel Veloso
MCa: Matías Fernández
AML: David Silva
AMR: Messi
SC: Cristiano Ronaldo
SC: Sergio Aguero
SUBS: Shay Given, Sakho, Van der Vaart, Buonanotte, Balotelli, Robinho.
I think if the board gives me 150M again (it should if i can win the League and maybe the Champions) I can get Ronaldo and Silva with that amount. Juan Manuel Mata is a good alternative if Silva doesnt come. I need a good substitute for Richards as well. Any ideas on a great right-defender? I wasnt able to find one yet.
I also will be selling Wayne Bridge, de Jong, and either Cardozo or Vela for some more money.
So thats it. Ill show you in case i manage to get that team i want, and post the results I get with it while using your tactic.
